These Terms of Service apply to crosswesthomebuyers.com and the CrossWest Home Buyers text messaging program operated by CROSSWEST HOME BUYERS LLC (“CrossWest,” “we,” “us” or “our”). Please read these terms before using the website or enrolling in text messages. Our separate Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. Website use and property inquiries
You may use this website to learn about CrossWest, request information or submit a property for review. CrossWest buys houses and other types of property for cash, as-is, in the New York areas described on this website. Please provide accurate information and submit only information you are authorized to share.
Submitting a form, requesting an offer or exchanging messages does not require you to sell your property and does not create a purchase agreement. Any purchase is subject to property review, title review, any required approvals and a separate written agreement signed by the parties. The price, costs, closing date and other transaction terms are governed by that agreement.

Frequency and charges. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interaction with CrossWest. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile carrier’s plan. Contact your carrier for information about your plan and charges.
